Watch for Comcast Local Edition's interview with Latrisha Whitelatch, substance abuse prevention director, on HLN in the month of December. She will talk about the FRN and the 2009 Winter Carnival, which will be held Dec. 31, 2009, in downtown Moundsville.

The Marshall County Family Resource Network took part in a legislators' roundtable in Wheeling on prevention efforts in the northern Panhandle. It was covered on WTOV Channel 9. Dr. Wayne Coombs of the West Virginia Prevention Resource Center is interviewed, and the Marshall County Anti-Drug Coalition is briefly featured.
